Please note that all persons who have applied for participation in the Forum are on the waiting list. The decision to register as a Forum Participant is made by the Forum Organizing Committee.

The Forum Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to register an Applicant as a Forum Participant without giving any reasons.

The Forum Organizing Committee has the right to limit the number of potential Forum Participants who apply from one legal entity.
In case of a positive decision to register an Applicant as a Forum Participant, the Forum Organizing Committee sends a corresponding notification to the Applicant's e-mail address specified when filling in the application form.
